Andre’ DiMino is a technology business executive with an extensive engineering and science background in the design, development, commercialization and manufacturing of medical devices, precision electronics, environmentally-safe chemical formulations, and, personal care and cosmetic products. A significant emphasis in his research and development efforts is in therapeutic and diagnostic medical electronics for a wide array of medical specialty applications. He has numerous issued and pending patents as well as technical publications. He is President and CEO of ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc., (OTCQB-ADMT) a technology-based research, development and manufacturing public company in New Jersey a position he has held since 2001.

In addition to his tenure at ADM Tronics he has held several senior executive positions in other medical device technology and manufacturing companies. And, he served as an independent technology consultant and technical advisor to investment bankers and technology startups. He holds a BS in engineering and an MBA in Finance.

Mr. DiMino has been involved with intellectual property filings for over 40 years where he has amassed an extensive knowledge-base in patent claims structure and prosecution. He has over 50 issued or pending patents, both as sole inventor and co-inventor.

With decades of experience in US and international regulatory requirements for medical devices, Mr. DiMino has been responsible for the commercialization of a number of innovative medical products and technologies. He serves as lead quality executive at ADM Tronics and is responsible for FDA registrations, filings and compliance as well as for ISO-13485 certification for the company.

Mr. DiMino has been actively involved in a broad range of public and community service positions and organizations. He currently serves as a Board Member of the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) and on the Industrial Advisory Board to Computer Science & Engineering at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. DiMino served as President of the Northern Valley Chamber of Commerce for 3 years and Northvale Chamber of Industry & Commerce for 5 years. He was a 4-term elected municipal councilmember, serving 12 years as Finance Chairman and 3 years as Fire Commissioner. For Bergen County he was Chair of the Cost Containment Committee for 2 years and Community Development Representative for 7 years. He was Vice-Chair of the NW Bergen Chapter of the American Heart Association, and a trustee of the Pascack Historical Society.

For his community service activities, he was recognized with The Hometown Hero Award for the 5th Congressional District during the COVID-19 Pandemic for his leadership in manufacturing bulk hand sanitizer for donation to emergency service departments. He received the Pascack Valley Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Award and the Bergen County Volunteer of the Year Award.
